Senior Engineers

Our client a wellestablished contracting firm is seeking experienced Senior Engineers to join a project team based in Al Dhafra Abu Dhabi This position offers a handson role onsite where you will guide construction activities ensure quality and safety standards and support successful delivery of villa and midrise building projects Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in contracting or construction environments Demonstrable experience working on villa projects in the UAE Strong site supervision and leadership capabilities Prior exposure to villa and midrise building construction is essential Good understanding of UAE construction regulations quality control and HSE practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings coordinate with consultants and manage subcontractors Core Responsibilities Supervise daytoday site operations to ensure works progress according to plans and schedules Lead and mentor site teams subcontractors and technicians to maintain productivity and workmanship standards Monitor quality control safety compliance and ensure adherence to project specifications Coordinate with project managers consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical issues Prepare regular site reports progress updates and raise concerns promptly to senior management Assist in material verification site inspections and punchlist closeouts
