Position Assistant Housekeeping Manager Industry Hospitality Hotel Management Housekeeping Employment Type Full Time Experience Previous experience in a similar role within a 4star or 5star hotel Qualification Hospitalityrelated certification or diploma preferred relevant housekeeping and hotel operations experience required Salary AED to Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Company Novel Hotel City Center Description We are hiring Job Vacancy Assistant Housekeeping Manager Location Novel Hotel City Center Abu Dhabi Department Housekeeping Reports to Executive Housekeeper Novel Hotel City Center is looking for a proactive and detailfocused Assistant Housekeeping Manager to become part of its housekeeping leadership team In this role you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards operational efficiency and an outstanding guest experience across the property Key Responsibilities Support the supervision and coordination of daily housekeeping activities Ensure guest rooms public spaces and backofhouse areas consistently meet hotel quality and hygiene standards Conduct and monitor room inspections to guarantee timely room availability Assist with staff scheduling attendance monitoring and productivity management Train motivate and provide ongoing guidance to housekeeping team members Help manage inventory linen control and ordering of cleaning supplies Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner Ensure full compliance with health safety and hotel operational policies Prepare routine reports and support administrative tasks within the department Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a similar housekeeping management role within a luxury hotel environment Strong understanding of housekeeping operations procedures and service standards Excellent leadership communication and organizational abilities Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities High level of attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required Hospitalityrelated diploma or certification will be considered an advantage
