We re Hiring Spa Operations Manager Luxury Spa Wellness Sacra Club Spa Bathhouse is preparing for its January opening in Jumeirah and we re looking for an experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest journey across our twolevel luxury facility Role Overview You will own the operational flow of the spa floor ensuring treatments therapist schedules and guest services run seamlessly Working closely with the Director of Operations you ll translate Sacra s high standards into consistent service delivery train and mentor the floor team and keep a close eye on quality and guest satisfaction Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and ensure a smooth guest experience across all treatment areas Manage appointment and treatment schedules to maximize occupancy and minimize wait times Lead coach and schedule spa floor staff to maintain service standards and professional conduct Implement and monitor SOPs quality checks and hygiene standards across the facility Coordinate with reception housekeeping therapy and technical teams to guarantee flawless service delivery Handle guest feedback complaints and recovery with professionalism and prompt resolution Support inventory control equipment maintenance and vendor coordination for spa supplies Assist the Director of Operations with operational reporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Profile Strong leadership experience in luxury spa or highend wellness environments Excellent guestservice mindset with meticulous attention to detail and presentation Proven ability to manage service teams schedules and onfloor operations Comfortable working in a fastpaced designforward environment and contributing to a premium brand experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a handson approach to problem solving Why Join Sacra Be part of Dubai s most anticipated spa opening shaping an elevated wellness destination from day one Work in a cuttingedge facility with opportunities for career growth as Sacra expands Collaborate with an innovative leadership team focused on excellence in guest experience How to Apply If you are a passionate spa operations leader who thrives on delivering premium wellness experiences please apply as instructed below
