We're recruiting a 'Channel Sales Manager - Construction Chemical' to join a leading construction chemical company in Dubai.

Our client is a leading construction solutions provider in Dubai, specializing in premium cement products and innovative building materials that support some of the region’s most iconic projects. With a strong presence across the Middle East, they deliver high-quality grey cement, white cement, wall putty, and value-added building solutions designed to meet global standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the retail channel to achieve defined sales targets
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach and distribution
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities within the retail segment
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and promotional initiatives to ensure maximum mutual benefit
- Drive both sell-in (to retailers) and sell-through (to end consumers) initiatives
- Create and implement joint business plans in collaboration with key accounts
- Monitor sales performance at the SKU and store level, taking corrective measures where necessary
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver retail-specific campaigns, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and promotional activities
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions and sales training programs for retail partner staff
Requirements
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business ManagementExperience : 10–15 years of demonstrated expertise in channel sales, key account management, or retail sales, ideally within the construction chemicals industryBenefits
