We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple brand accounts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brand accountsCreate and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTokManage and optimize social media calendars for each brand, ensuring consistent and timely content deliveryAnalyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustmentsCollaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goalsMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovationManage a team of social media coordinators, providing guidance and mentorshipOversee community management efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to user comments and messagesDevelop and manage influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and engagementImplement paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectivesEnsure brand consistency across all social media channels for each accountQualifications
