As the Global Head of EPC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex EPC projects across the globe. You will lead a high-performing team of EPC specialists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excellent opportunity in the energy sector!

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for large scale EPC projects, ensuring alignment with the company\'s objectives and vision.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with key project partners, promoting collaboration and managing expectations.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including contract negotiations, vendor selection, and supplier management.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and optimize resource allocation.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management, with at least 5 years in an executive role overseeing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of energy project development, construction, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
