Commercial Counsel - MENA

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including those with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organizations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the digital asset space, including fiat ramps and marketing agreements.
• Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer / supply side documents.
• Work closely with product, operations, admin, and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally.
• Monitor, interpret, and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA.
• Assist in training and uplifting junior lawyers.
