Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Conduct consultations with clients (architects, contractors, designers, homeowners) to understand their lighting needs and project requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to analyze lighting plans and specifications, determining the appropriate lighting fixtures and quantities for each project.
• Prepare detailed and competitive quotes, including product specifications, pricing, and labor estimations.
• Present lighting solutions to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of various products.
• Follow up with clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project details.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting technologies, trends, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, engineering) to ensure project fulfillment.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.
