Job Summary

KN International is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards onsite conducting safety inspections and promoting a strong safety culture among all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies procedures and regulatory requirements in line with company and industry standards.
• Monitor HSE performance and recommend corrective actions to improve workplace safety.
• Conduct site inspections hazard assessments and risk evaluations ensuring compliance with approved safety measures.
• Collaborate with Safety Managers and Contractors to implement HSE best practices and address safety concerns.
• Review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) risk assessments and work method statements for all critical activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks HSE briefings and safety training sessions to reinforce safe work practices.
• Oversee and enforce the PermittoWork system ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in incident / accident investigations prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE statistics safety reports and compliance documentation .
• Assist in conducting emergency response drills and ensuring preparedness for workplace hazards.
