Job Description

Job Summary : Our client in Dubai is looking for an Investment Analyst who will support the company’s investment team by conducting in-depth research, financial modeling, and market analysis to identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed research on global and regional markets, industries, and specific investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, comparative valuations, and scenario modeling.
• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance on investment opportunities, capital raising, and risk management.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support stakeholders' financial needs and objectives.
• Act as an internal advisor to the founder, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial industry.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
