Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, oversee incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure the warehouse/store area is well maintained. The ideal candidate should have experience in storekeeping, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
- Organize and maintain proper inventory storage and labeling.
- Issue materials/products to departments or customers as requested.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for replenishment.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store/warehouse.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics or storekeeping is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts or warehouse equipment (if required).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to lift/move materials if needed.
