Role Summary

Drive sales & leasing across Abu Dhabi : generate / qualify leads, advise on market / pricing, manage end-to-end transactions, and keep CRM records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on market trends, pricing & basic mortgages

Create listings; run ads / open houses; arrange viewings

Present offers, negotiate terms, finalize agreements

Prepare / review documents; keep CRM & portals up to date

Requirements

2+ years in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi)

Fluent Arabic & English; strong communication

Proficient in MS Office / Excel; detail-oriented

Familiar with real estate CRMs & listing portals

Calm under pressure; adaptable and client-focused
