Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement the Group’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
•Oversee all IT operations, systems, and networks to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
•Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service level agreements .
•Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance business performance and competitiveness.
•Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
•Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
•Identify process automation opportunities through analytics tools.
•Lead business process re-engineering projects in coordination with functional heads.
