Position Summary :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10-hectare nursery that supports the urban landscaping company in the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning, and transplanting.
• Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Train, guide, and supervise nursery staff and workers.
• Maintain records of plant production, inventory, and sales (if applicable).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
• Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
• Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.
