Qualification Required Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proficiency in MS Office and HR software HRMS ERP preferred Experience Minimum 1 3 years of experience in HR or administrative support Experience in UAE GCC organizations preferred Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining employee records HR databases and personnel files Support recruitment activities including job posting scheduling interviews and candidate followup Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation Prepare HR letters memos and reports as required Coordinate attendance leave records and payroll inputs Assist with HR policies procedures and compliance activities Provide administrative support for meetings training sessions and HR projects Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
