Job Description

This person is responsible for the smooth on-site / off-site production and operations of smaller events. This position ensures that the production and operations components are within time, on cost and quality as set out in the plan. The role shall report to the Vice President of Operations. This role shall encompass a wide range of tasks and deliverables relating to the operational and administrative delivery of the event.

Job Skills
Candidates must have a strong ability to work within a team and across departments, have strong administrative skills, aptitude and / or experience (eg. Databases, table structures). Strong oral and written communication skills, a high degree of integrity and a high sense of personal and professional ethics. You ideally will come from a background in event organization and have knowledge of event health and safety.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years administration / event experience.
Only UAE National candidates will be considered.
