IAM Engineer

Role Overview:

The IAM Engineers will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of IAM solutions. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills in implementing IAM tools and integrating them within enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure IAM solutions in line with architecture guidelines.

• Integrate applications with IAM platforms for SSO, MFA, and provisioning.

• Develop and maintain scripts/workflows for identity lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in production environments.

• Support audits, security assessments, and compliance activities.

• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant IAM engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, directory services, and identity federation.

• Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure AD).

• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and integration.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
