Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

Conduct market analysis to evaluate property values and price trends.

Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.

Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the sale or rental process.

Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and other industry professionals.

Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.

Market properties through various channels including MLS listings, social media, and print media.

Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Stay up to date with local property market developments and competitor offerings.

Qualifications And Requirements

️Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role (preferred).

️Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

️Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

️Familiarity with real estate CRM software and MS Office tools.

️Bachelor's Degree in any field.
