Job Overview :

Here’s your opportunity to step into the role of Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (UAE National) at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on senior‑level hiring, Emiratization, internal mobility, and employer branding. You will work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross‑functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and high‑quality talent acquisition outcomes.

In this role, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include :

• Supporting strategic and senior‑level recruitment, including POD roles, aligned with workforce plans
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and third‑party consultants
• Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs on role requirements, candidate selection, and smooth onboarding
• Supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition with senior hiring coordination
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Contributing to Emiratization initiatives and broader talent acquisition strategy
• Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to support data‑driven decisions
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Driving process improvements and enhancing candidate experience
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and audit requirements
