In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to improve our clients' human resources processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance HR operations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to facilitate effective usage of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
• Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules and customizations.
• Configure workflows and business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Generate and modify reports and dashboards.
• Support HR operations in alignment with UAE policies.
