Structural Supervisor

The Structural Supervisor oversees and supervises construction activities related to structural work onsite ensuring that projects are completed safely efficiently and in accordance with design specifications codes and standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of structural workers ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained Review blueprints drawings and project specifications to understand structural requirements Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Liaise with project managers engineers and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow Identify and resolve structural issues or discrepancies during construction Maintain documentation of daily activities inspections and safety reports Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment and enforce safety protocols among team members Assist in planning and resource allocation for structural tasks Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Structural Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of structural design construction methods and safety standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
