Kenyan Executive Chef in Sharjah

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Kenyan Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and leading our culinary team. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive high-quality, delicious meals that exceed their expectations.

Requirements :

• Must be a Kenyan national with prior experience as an Executive Chef.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and train kitchen staff.
• Excellent knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to create innovative and unique menus while also adhering to dietary restrictions and food allergies.
• Knowledge of food cost control methods and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Good communication skills in English.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
