About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include :

• Develop and manage Service Charge budgets for Community / Owners Associations, including financial analysis, variance tracking, and cost optimization.
• Monitor expenditures against RERA-approved budgets, oversee service charge collections and accounts payable, and recommend corrective actions.
• Secure RERA approvals, coordinate audits, manage escrow accounts, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and bookkeeping activities.
• Lead and develop the finance team while liaising with RERA and presenting financial insights to senior and non-financial stakeholders.
