Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer with a proven track record in leading building commissioning for major construction projects to join our thriving UAE team. The role involves supporting the project manager in delivering project scope, as well as providing training and coaching to team members.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Commissioning Engineer looking for a leadership role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in building commissioning
  • Chartered Engineer, Incorporated Engineer, or CSA Grade 6 (Desirable)
  • Certified Commissioning Authority with BCA, ACG, or NEBB (Desirable)

Essential Skills :

  • Independently conduct site inspections in designated disciplines
  • Review design information, tolerances, and working methods
  • Assess whether test procedures and recorded results meet project specifications and industry standards
  • Monitor installation, review submittals, and ensure proper use of engineering tools following project and commissioning guidelines
  • Possess broad MEP and ICT knowledge for in-depth commissioning design reviews
  • Understand commissioning programmes, including sequencing and critical path analysis
  • Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with staff
  • Set up and manage effective commissioning processes
  • Participate in resolving technical issues
