Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding guest experience.
- Manage staff schedules, supervise and train team members to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and handle special requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with the head chef and management to plan and implement promotional events or special offers.
- Drive revenue by maximizing sales through customer service and upselling techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming and upscale atmosphere.
Requirements
Upper-Intermediate or above.Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant is essential.Must have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.Presentable and well-groomed, embodying the elegance of the brand.Benefits
