Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation autonomous AI systems. This role focuses on developing intelligent, agent-based solutions that orchestrate complex workflows, integrate with APIs and tools, and operate with high performance, resilience, and ethical compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Agent Development & Orchestration : Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of web navigation, GUI interactions, and multi-agent collaboration. Design workflows that enable agents to autonomously achieve user-defined goals. Use frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar to coordinate multi-agent interactions.
• Prompt Engineering & Tool Integration : Fine-tune prompts for consistent and precise agent behavior.
• Data Infrastructure & MLOps : Build pipelines for real-time data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering. Apply MLOps practices (CI / CD, monitoring, scaling) to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
• Performance, Safety & Ethics : Evaluate and optimize agent performance, accuracy, and resilience. Implement safeguards for ethical use, including privacy, bias mitigation, and robustness against adversarial inputs. Work closely with data scientists, product managers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders. Translate requirements into agent workflows, roadmaps, and deliverable features.
