Overview

EB1 is building the premier utility layer for digital wealth. We are a licensed, Dubai-based fintech company bridging the gap between sophisticated crypto capital and real-world luxury, access, and services. Our ecosystem integrates a crypto-powered Visa card, a high-touch human concierge, and a curated private network into a single, seamless platform designed for high-net-worth individuals. Following a successful seed funding round, we are preparing for our pilot launch in Dubai in the coming months, with aggressive plans for global expansion.

The Role : Product Lead (Fintech / Web3)

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Product Lead to own the delivery and evolution of the entire EB1 product suite. This foundational role reports directly to the CEO and connects technical, design, operational, and business development teams to deliver a world-class product that redefines on-chain wealth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who will immerse in fintech integrations, API contracts, and user experience design to ensure the product is functional and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Delivery : Own the product roadmap from conception to launch and iteration. Lead planning, prioritisation, and execution of the mobile app, card processing systems, and admin dashboards.
  • Web3 Innovation : Spearhead the integration of Web3 features, including token utility ($EB1), staking mechanisms, wallet management, and seamless on / off-ramps for crypto-native users.
  • Fintech & Card Integration Mastery : Own relationships and technical integrations with Visa, card processor / issuer partners, and banking partners. Understand card issuance, BIN sponsorship, transaction flows, interchange, and real-time crypto-to-fiat conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate epics into actionable stories and ensure product supports real-world concierge and service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management : Liaise with external partners (Visa, banks, luxury service providers) and internal leaders (CEO, CTO, COO) to align priorities and communicate progress.
  • Data-Informed Iteration : Establish post-launch metrics and KPIs. Gather data and feedback from pilot users in Dubai to drive rapid, continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Immersed In

  • Mapping the user journey for a member booking a private jet charter directly through the EB1 app using crypto holdings.
  • Troubleshooting a staging environment issue with the card processor to minimize declines at pilot launch.
  • Reviewing API documentation from a new ecosystem partner and working with developers to scope integration timelines.
  • Prioritising the product backlog for the next sprint, balancing bug fixes with new feature development.
  • Leading a weekly sync with the Visa technical account manager to track implementation progress.
  • Analyzing user session recordings to understand onboarding drop-offs for the card.
  • Crafting detailed PRDs and USPs for the tiered membership system (Gold, Platinum, Black).

    • Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in a senior product management role with deep hands-on fintech, card payments, or crypto exchange experience.
  • Direct experience with card programs : issuer processors, payment networks (Visa / Mastercard), BINs, transaction lifecycle, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 concepts : wallets, blockchain transactions, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
  • Proven track record shipping complex, regulated financial products from zero to one.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership to align technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma, Atlassian).
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

  • Knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and staking with ability to simplify Web3 concepts for users.
