Strategic Leasing Director

الوصف الوظيفيStructure complex leasing and joint venture agreements, ensuring optimal financial returns and risk management. Regularly engage with local and international market players, retail groups, and corporates to attract strategic tenants. Implement sector-specific initiatives, e.g., white-collar tenant programs in offices, curated retail curation, and lifestyle-focused residential leasing models. Partner with finance and development teams to optimize pricing models, lease structures, and marketing incentives. Serve as the focal point for leasing-related discussions with municipalities, regulators, and strategic partners. Prepare and present detailed leasing performance reports and strategy updates to senior management and investment committees. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or Executive Education preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in asset management, investment, or leasing within large-scale mixed-use environments. Proven track record in managing leasing across office, retail, and residential asset classes. Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating leasing deals and joint ventures with both public and private sectors. Strong financial modeling, feasibility assessment, and business case development capabilities.

Strategic Leasing and Asset Optimization- Lead the development of strategic leasing and tenant mix plans tailored to each asset's positioning and lifecycle stage.
- Continuously assess the marketability and financial performance of portfolio assets, recommending repositioning, re-leasing, or enhancement initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance for new asset openings and redevelopments, supported by business cases and feasibility studies.
- Align leasing strategies with the organization's broader investment objectives and urban activation goals.
Market Intelligence and Deal Structuring- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, benchmark performance, and capture strategic leasing opportunities.
Cross-Sector Expertise : Office, Retail, Residential- Oversee and coordinate leasing strategies across the three core asset classes, tailoring tactics and timelines for each.
Public-Private Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement- Lead negotiations and partnership development with both private and government entities to unlock alternative revenue streams and strategic alignments.
Portfolio Strategy and Reporting- Contribute to business planning by forecasting leasing revenues, occupancy rates, and capital investment impacts.
