About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Technician / Practitioner to lead and run a premium beauty and aesthetics clinic in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to build and operate your own practice, fully supported with investment, infrastructure, and operational setup, with a profit-share arrangement starting after 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the clinic end-to-end, including clinical, operational, and business management
- Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments at the highest standard
- Supervise and mentor staff as the clinic grows
- Shape the clinic’s service offerings and build a loyal client base
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai health authority regulations
