Primary Duties
- Assess and manage a range of ENT disorders through detailed examinations and diagnostic tests
- Formulate and implement effective treatment regimens tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform surgical interventions as required, encompassing outpatient and inpatient procedures
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ENT care and integrate best practices into your approach
- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical schoolCompleted residency training in OtolaryngologyBoard certification or eligibility in OtolaryngologyCurrent medical license and valid DEA registrationAt least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferredProven expertise in ENT surgical proceduresExceptional communication and patient interaction skillsA team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead as necessaryCommitment to continuing education and professional growthKnowledge of EMR systems and commitment to accurate medical record-keepingBenefits
