Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement and supply chain operations in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation
• Collaborate with project and finance teams to forecast procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations
• Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
