IT Executive / IT Systems Officer

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems
• MBA (Systems / IT) – preferred / nice to have

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ERP, accounting software, and internal IT systems
• Support MIS data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate closely with the Finance team to ensure system accuracy and data integrity
• Handle basic automation, system backups, user access management, and data security
• Manage software vendors, licenses, and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day IT support

Skills & Experience Required

• Hands-on exposure to ERP / accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, databases, and basic automation tools
• Understanding of financial systems and processes
• Ability to coordinate effectively with finance and cross-functional teams
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in system integration and process improvement
• Knowledge of data security and access control best practices
