JOB PURPOSE :
The purpose of the job is to be a center of excellence for STCF products and solutions for the Bank.
The role is responsible for working with Coverage teams in originating structured trade solutions and monitoring the deals globally.

Product Development and ManagementStakeholders (Internal & External) ManagementManaging TeamsParticipation / Representation in industry events (e.g., GTR)Specific Accountability :
Work with relationship managers in the origination, structuring, and implementation of complex trade finance deals for local and international companies – bilateral, transactional, structured facilities.Manage complex trade finance transactions referred by clients, partner banks, and other financial institutions.Assist in structuring complex transactions such as inventory financing, borrowing base, credit insurance structures, prepayment / PXF.Report, monitor, and assess risks in structured trade finance deals and implement measures to mitigate them.Participate in internal discussions with credit, risk, legal, and compliance teams, as well as other stakeholders, on complex trade finance deals, including counterparty onboarding.Engage in external discussions with clients’ functions, lawyers, external consultants, and other external parties on structured trade finance deals.Collaborate with relationship managers in preparing term sheets, credit applications, and negotiating documentation on complex trade and commodity finance products and solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, systems, processes, and practices, considering client needs and market developments.Achieve specific revenue targets and returns on risk-adjusted assets and equity, aligned with the bank’s risk parameters.Participate actively in updating product skills, understanding market trends, and monitoring competitor behaviors.Work with the Coverage team to create detailed Client Account Plans for growing complex trades and maximizing market share.Handle transactions on an end-to-end basis.Minimum Qualifications :
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or an equivalent discipline.
10+ years of Transaction Banking experience with specialized knowledge in Structured Trade & Commodity Finance. Candidates should have experience in origination, developing client relationships, and team management.
