Qualification Graduate in Business Commerce Supply Chain or related field Diploma or certification in Procurement Supply Chain Management is a plus Basic knowledge of sourcing vendor management and procurement processes Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors based on price quality and delivery terms Place purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory warehouse teams Maintain vendor and product databases Support negotiation of pricing terms and contracts under guidance Track purchase orders invoices and payment schedules Prepare reports on procurement activities supplier performance and market trends Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards Experience 3 5 years in procurement sourcing or supply chain roles
