About the Role

The company is seeking a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with a strong technical background in the payments space to drive analysis, design, and delivery of complex payment and digital asset solutions.

You’ll play a key role in bridging business objectives and technical implementation—translating requirements into clear solution designs that power cross-border payments, crypto settlements, and fiat on / off-ramp flows.

This role requires someone who has deep familiarity with payment systems, API-based integrations, and end-to-end transaction flows . You’ll work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, compliant, and aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Based in Dubai (hybrid), this is an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic global players in the digital finance ecosystem—working on projects that redefine how money moves across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Analyse, document, and optimise end-to-end payment workflows , including card acquiring, PSP integrations, remittance, and settlement flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture and API interfaces supporting both fiat and crypto payment products.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to increase scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of new payment features, ensuring functional requirements are aligned with product strategy and regulatory standards.
• Perform detailed data and process analysis to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities across payment systems.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, sequence diagrams, data mapping, and flowcharts to support delivery.
• Work closely with QA teams to define test cases, validate solutions, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure payment solutions meet global regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor product performance and propose enhancements based on analytics and customer feedback.
