Real Estate Cost Control Manager

As the Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for real estate projects
• Monitor project budgets and track actual versus planned costs
• Analyze project expenses and identify areas for cost reduction and optimization
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets
• Prepare and present cost reports and financial analysis to senior management
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts and prices
• Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in cost management practices
