IT Project Manager ERP Oracle Fusion

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead endtoend delivery of enterprise technology initiatives in Dubai UAE This role has a strong focus on ERP systems Oracle Fusion applications HCM Finance process automation and crossfunctional project governance You will manage multientity project portfolios align IT strategy with business objectives drive integrations and ensure projects are delivered with quality compliance and ontime execution Key Responsibilities Project Portfolio Management Manage a portfolio of IT and ERP projects across multiple business entities ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals Lead full project lifecycle delivery planning execution monitoring UAT deployment and postgolive support Ensure timely and budgetcompliant project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Provide portfoliolevel reporting executive updates and performance dashboards to senior leadership Enterprise Systems Governance Drive delivery of ERP initiatives with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM Finance modules Support system integration activities governance and coordination across crossfunctional stakeholders Oversee project processes ensuring compliance quality standards and documentation best practices Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering scope control and change management Key Skills Strong project and portfolio management expertise ERP project experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Finance modules Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills Experience with system integration data migration and governance Ability to lead crossfunctional teams independently Familiarity with cloud environments networking basics and automation frameworks Competencies Leadership and team coordination Strategic thinking and execution ownership Detailoriented delivery and risk management Crossdepartment collaboration and influence Process improvement mindset Adaptability and continuous learning Benefits Competitive package based on experience and fit Opportunity to lead enterprisescale ERP and automation programs Career growth in a highimpact technology and governance role
