Overview

SearchPlus HR is a premier human resources consulting firm focused on bridging the gap between talented professionals and leading healthcare organizations. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist / Consultant Radiologist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret medical imaging results from various modalities including X-ray, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasounds
Generate detailed and comprehensive reports of imaging findings for physicians and healthcare teams
Collaborate effectively with referring physicians to discuss findings and suggest appropriate management plans
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all imaging procedures
Stay current with advancements in the field of radiology and implement best practices
Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
Maintain thorough knowledge of legal and ethical requirements related to radiology

Requirements

Medical degree with a specialization in Radiology

Completion of a residency training program in Radiology

Demonstrable experience in interpreting a wide range of imaging studies

Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, pathology, and imaging technologies

Proficiency in the use of various imaging modalities including X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety practices

Willingness to embrace new technologies and continuous improvement in radiology
