About The Role
DSP Consultants are seeking an HR / Commercial Assistant to support various activities within the HR department, including coordinating interviews, maintaining employee databases, and posting job ads.
The successful candidate will ensure smooth communication, prompt resolution of requests, and assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate HR projects and take meeting minutes
- Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
