HR Manager – Dubai
Kingston Stanley is partnering with a boutique real estate firm in Dubai that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development of their people strategy and foster a high-performing, motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations and update internal policies as needed
- Drive employee engagement through workshops, training, and recognition programs
- Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, visas, work permits, and HR systems
- Partner with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
10+ years in HR, with at least 2 or 3 years in a managerial position in the UAEExperience in real estate, brokerage, or professional services is essentialStrong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practicesDemonstrated experience in HR policy development, analytics, and operational excellenceExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDegree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) an advantageSeniority level
