Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenantsProvide accurate information about properties, prices, and payment plansNegotiate deals and ensure both parties are satisfied with the agreementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and legal regulationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referralsCoordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams for smooth transactionsGuide clients through booking procedures, documentation, and DLD registrationList properties on online portals and company CRM systems with detailed and attractive descriptionsAchieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and dealsCollaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and campaign supportAttend developer training sessions and project launches to stay informedEnsure all client interactions comply with RERA regulations and company policiesRepresent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and open housesGuide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from inquiry to closingEnsure all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely mannerQualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetKnowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantageAbility to work independently and within a teamValid UAE driving license is a plusBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related fieldPlease note that compensation for this role is commission-only.
