Job Overview :

Our client is hiring a dynamic Regional Officer / Manager to lead operations across branches, franchisees, and channel partners within a designated region. You’ll be the crucial link between field offices and HQ, driving student conversions, enhancing service quality, and expanding regional outreach.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee student walk-ins to conversions across field offices

Achieve student conversion targets and establish new channel partnerships

Regularly review and improve field operations and SOP compliance

Coordinate with HO Business Units & Marketing to align strategies

Plan and support regional marketing initiatives

Travel extensively to major cities for partner engagement and support

What We’re Looking For :

5–7 years’ experience, with 2–3 years in overseas education mandatory

High energy, people management skills, and operational leadership

Strong communication, process orientation, and regional adaptability

Ability to collaborate with HO, field staff, and international partners

Requirements

Certification : C1 Level (CEFR) / Goethe Certified Are you passionate about teaching German? Join us to deliver engaging lessons from A1 to B2 levels. You'll plan interactive sessions, assess progress, and support learners in mastering the language and culture. Bachelor's or Master’s in any field 3–4 years of German teaching experience Strong communication and class management skills
