Position Summary

We are looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties, while delivering high quality service and closing successful deals in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties across Dubai.
• Generate and follow up with leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients based on market knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and developments in the Dubai property market.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and developers.
• Prepare and present offers and contracts with accuracy and professionalism.
• List properties on portals, update CRM, and ensure listing accuracy and quality.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to meet company and individual targets.
