Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking for AI Operators who are responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing video-based AI agents and automated workflows. This is an operations-focused role, not a software engineering or AI development job. You will manage AI agent behavior using pre-built tools, monitor system performance, ensure accurate detections, and support internal teams by maintaining reliable automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor video-based AI agents across client environments
• Configure and adjust AI agent settings based on provided rules and workflows
• Review detection events, validate results, and escalate issues when needed
• Document workflows, updates, and incidents for team visibility
• Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for system issues
• Support Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams with AI-related tasks
• Ensure automations run smoothly and consistently across all deployments
• Participate in continuous learning as the platform evolves
