The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing fleet sales activities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, leasing companies, and other bulk buyers, while ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and develop new fleet business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key fleet clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver competitive fleet sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets in alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet sales activities, pipelines, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and UAE market regulations.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive fleet sales within the UAE (experience with premium brands preferred).Strong network and existing client base within the UAE corporate and government sectors is a plus.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Fluent in English and Arabic language skills are an advantage.Proven sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, including fleet leasing, registration, and logistics processes.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
