We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Ajman. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet goods. The successful candidate should have an exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, remain organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate must be able to follow recipes accurately while also contributing their own creativity to the development of dishes. We expect the applicant to be able to work in a team situation, as well as possess excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for supervising the baking process from start to finish; this includes measuring ingredients correctly, preparing doughs according to recipes, decorating desserts with the highest level of precision and presentation, monitoring storage and use of baking supplies and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. In addition this position will involve stock management responsibilities such as ordering ingredients, controlling waste levels and maintaining inventory records.

The desired qualifications for this role include : a high school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of experience working as a pastry chef; knowledge of baking techniques; experience in using kitchen equipment; ability to understand customers’ demands; familiarity with health & safety regulations related to kitchen operations; excellent organizational skills; good verbal & written communication abilities in English (foreigners welcome). Salary is 1300 AED per month.
