Senior Finance Analyst

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5 years work experience preferably with an MNC with regional operations
• Proficiency in financial software is necessary for efficient and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
• Work with large amounts of data; the ability to analyze and interpret it accurately is critical.
• Power BI, Power Query, Macro
• Ability to lead, influence others, and set direction
• Meticulous, self-motivated, highly collaborative team player possessing a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, and a very upbeat customer-service attitude are essential
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally with all levels of management
