Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, positive, team player with a "can do attitude" to join our growing team at our newly constructed property. The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. They conduct market research, arrange property viewings, and negotiate deals. They also handle necessary documentation and ensure smooth transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about the Dubai real estate market.
  • Arrange property viewings and coordinate with clients and agents.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Handle necessary documentation and ensure compliance throughout the transaction.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Advanced sales and marketing skills.
  • Personable, professional, and outgoing with a strong "can-do" attitude.
  • Good organization, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Multilingual skills to communicate effectively in diverse areas.
