Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to support ongoing construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile or tower cranes , lifting and positioning heavy materials, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE safety regulations and site procedures .
This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in crane operations on construction sites .
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes / tower cranes to lift, move, and position construction materials
- Follow lift plans, hand signals, and radio instructions from riggers and supervisors
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and safety checks
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, and placement of materials
- Maintain accurate operation logs and inspection records
- Comply with UAE construction safety standards and company policies
- Report equipment defects, hazards, or incidents immediately
- Coordinate with site engineers, riggers, and safety officers
- Maintain crane cleanliness and basic operational condition
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid Crane Operator License / Certification (UAE or recognized authority)Proven experience as a Crane Operator on construction sitesStrong knowledge of lifting techniques, load charts, and safety protocolsAbility to read lift plans and construction drawingsExcellent hand-eye coordination and attention to safetyWillingness to work overtime or shifts as requiredPreferred Qualifications
