Our team of R&D engineers and scientific consultants is dedicated to offering the best solutions for wellness in fitness and aesthetics. Our goal is to achieve superior outcomes in body treatments with consistent quality, safety, and efficacy. We aim to address workforce shortages in body therapy through innovative technology.
We’re scaling placements of our roboSculptor devices across gyms, premium hotels, resorts, and wellness operators with a Robot-as-a-Service, Leasing and hybrid rent to own business model.
Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Dubai with some work-from-home flexibility.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to signed agreements and handover—focused on the hospitality segment.
What you’ll do
- Own the hotel and fitness chains pipeline : Prospect, qualify, and advance opportunities with fitness chains, 4–5★ hotels, resort chains, and wellness / spa operators.
- Lead the full cycle : Discovery, solution mapping, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and contract close.
- Multi-stakeholder selling : Work with GMs, Spa / Wellness Directors, Finance, Procurement, and Ownership groups.
- Channel & partners : Coordinate with leasing / financing partners and distributors where applicable.
- Forecast with precision : Maintain CRM hygiene, stage accuracy, and rolling 90-day close plans.
- Launch support : Hand off to operations for install, training, and activation; secure case studies and references.
- Market activity : Attend trade shows, host roadshows, and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach with Marketing.
What you bring (must-haves)
Strong solution selling and negotiation skills; RFP / procurement experience.CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot) and structured pipeline management.English fluency (written / spoken). Arabic is a plus.Trade show and partner enablement experience.
Nice to have
3+ years successful sales experience to hotels (spa, fitness, or wellness equipment / services).Existing hospitality network in UAE / GCC and comfort selling to senior stakeholders.Experience with leasing / financing structures for equipment deployments.Track record launching new tech products in hospitality / wellness.Valid UAE Driving License.Benefits & culture
